@Skulldini You've also got to consider the movie industry at the time. Until Star Wars sci-fi wasn;t thought of very highly and got the shaft for many of potential films. So until Star Wars came along most sci-fi looked cheezy, even after Star Wars it still took a while for movie studios to see there's real money to be made with this.

@DrMombo94 This flick looks like it was just WAY behinde the times technicaly, thats it's MAIN problem I think. Then again, they probably didn't have a shitload of money to spend on it like the producers of Star Wars did. One must consider the financial difference between Hollywood U.S.A. and Rome Italy, .. . I mean the CHURCH there is big and rich , but not their movie & entertainment industry .

john richardson was such a good looking ( but dreadful actor) in the 1960`s, was once considered for james bond in 1969! not looking his best here, so,so thin!!! and the helmet is hardly flattering either!!!

i own this movie in my SCI FI INVASION 4 movie pack, it's a litle boring but it contains some grade A cheese.
