1/2cup sooji (rava, cream of wheat)
1/4 cup unsalted butter
3/4cup sugar
2 cup water
Pinch of cardamom powder
sliced almonds to garnish

Hi Ma'am, the suji halwa turned out to be very delicious and helped me serve guests who came in unexpectedly...thanks to your quick recipe that saved my day! by the way I added some grated dry coconut and it tasted very good :)

@MsHaseebahmad Yeah I totally agree this isn't fixed for any special occasion or any religion........ it is being made in most of the asian countries........

I am Muslim,soji and all kind of halwa are very common among Muslims and are made very often this is not fixed for special occasion.
