Youtube's New Corrupt Promotional Scheme Exposed!

Yep I am rather disappointed that Youtube would have to resort to such dirty tactics to over promote its top partner. Don't Youtube's top partners already have enough exposure by being almost constantly on Youtube's front page or top search results? Nope, Youtube is now trying to shove their top partners' materials down our throats through misleading and dishonest promotional/advertising tactics! btw, if you don't believe me that Youtube games its own system to create mega partners, just watch the following video Hulutube--Phasing You Out of Youtube by therealweeklynews:

btw this new promotional scheme only applies to some most recent videos since mid August 2011. You can find this pattern at the side of just about any of theamazingatheist's' or any other big partner's most recent videos btw. The Liberal Agenda video of TAA was just an example of where this scheme was being implemented! Update: this video was filmed on last Thursday so the Related Videos on the Liberal Agenda

Today I've just been a witness of banning one channel that was popular and amazing and it had almost in every video 3/4 times more likes than dislikes it's about "Qwertyfshag's channel" but what can you do!! what goes around comes around .. I hope.

@thepettyeel also notice that the videos that get featured on the front page often or even usually don't have the most views, favorites, comments, ratings, and etc? For example TheAmazingAtheist has better statistics in all those cateogories than most videos that do get featured on the frontpage yet he never gets on the front page because ultimately it is YOUTUBE's staff that decides who gets on the front page rather than what the users decides...

@supersmash43 That is disgusting. I started youtubing back in mid 2006, and I can tell you how much nicer it was. It was also more user friendly, had better customer support (still shitty support though lol) and users could get popular by releasing good content, now they just go unnoticed and get little to no views. Youtube removed the best thing they ever did which was star ratings and streams, they advertise commercials and have a banner for boring mainstream pop stars on almost every video.

You are assuming that the column on the right is only for related videos of the current video. YouTube also takes into account your subscriptions, your recently viewed videos, the videos you've liked or disliked etc. I propose that the videos on top of the list are more related, and as you go down the list they become less and less related and factor in the items mentioned above more and more.
