Prom Song - Eleventyseven

So I put together a video with a few pics to Eleventyseven's "Prom Song". I thought it was a great song and I loved the Family Force 5-esque bridge in there. Someone told me that FF5 actually performed it on the record, but I'm highly doubtful of that. It certainly sounds like Matt singing to me. But I could be wrong. Below are my interpretation of the lyrics. If you have any corrections or suggestions, feel free to tell me.

@italianskateboarder actually.. their first album was the style it was because they had been deemed a "pop-punk" band by their record company and had to follow through with that - they didn't have as much freedom until the next album, galactic conquest.

o my gosh, wat the heck happened?? there first album, and the land of fake believe, was a good pop punk album tht had songs that dealt with real issues like more than a revolution, myspace, and odds and even sos. but this is just terrible, its like techno pop, and this songs lyrics are so bad. they deffintly tried to sell out. i want the old eleventyseven back....
