@bikerboyzful maybe in Mauy Thai in the ring, but not on the street and this isn't internal fa jing. This is all technique there is know technique in the internal arts fa jing is explosive real martial art.

I like the flow and application of explosive power. The speed and short range rapid striking was impressive. While limited by what can be gleaned from watching video, my impression is that the patterns of movement in response to the simulated attacks appear assumed a degree of predictability/control over the combative context and therefore lacks the full scope of adaptability that can be gained from more non-linear training methods.

Hey bikerboyzful, markduqan wasn't being negative, he made a valid point. Most of these demos are using a relatively compliant partner. I don't doubt that it would be effective in a realistic attack, but it would be great to see some vids that were more 'alive'.

Yang Mian system works on automatic response. The faster someone attacks the more the reflex mind will control the situation and hurt the person because they are coming in with more force. If people watch this video and have any doubts, it's best that you visit Master Yang so that he can show you the system first hand. If you have any questions about the system, post them and the Yang Mian instructors will be happy to answer.
