Wow, stop the press.

Bet the guy recording is a benefit claiming no good for society waste of sperm, atleast they work for a living, and yes they are allowed to use the pavement, do your research.

oh shurrrup!

fuk da police LMFAO why are you suprised??? 1 rule for them and 1 rule for the rest of us... if you are a copper you can do anything but if you're a civilian you can get fucked up for doin nothing!!!
-
The reason that they are allowed to ride on the pavement is because their bikes are classed as emergency vehicles so they can go where they need to. It's just the same for me on my ambulance bike, if i wasn't aloud to use pavements, i would really struggle to get to shouts on time.
As long as you aren't causing anyone a problem by cycling on the pavement, it shouldn't be a problem.

The thing is that the reason why cycling on the pavement was made illegal was simply because of people being stupid, e.g. cycling in major high streets with 1000s of people on it, knocking people over, that kind of thing. I wouldn't be surprised if you were on a quiet street with no one to knock over, and you were sensible, the police wouldn't take much notice as they have considered all of these facts.

Typical hypocrisy from uniformed arseholes.
-
@Stemax1960 not really if they citizens arrest you they will probbally get fired .... you have more powers
-
Plastic Community Support Officers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have as much power to arrest THEM as they do to arrest me, and I'm a bus driver.
-
got to be failed UNI students with f all to do in there sad little lives.
Simple if its illegal to ride on the pavemanet for a child or any person in fear of being knocked off their bike, then waht excludes the police and pcso?
So when they start writing you a ticket for riding on the pavement its no wonder people get p*£$ed off, one rule for them and one for us.

Not the worst thing I could think of, but then Youtube isn't designed to be 'the place to post videos of the worst thing you can think of' is it? For your information, it was not a busy dual carriageway. do you not see the irony in your comment: "i hate how people always have something to moan about"?
