  • I don't think he was referring to EVERY student that needs to go to the bathroom, in the video he was just generalizing or referring to students who ask so they can get out of class because they're bored. It should be common sense that he's not talking about students as a whole. Or not, whatever, I didn't really take offense to this. Plus, who wouldn't want an energetic teacher with a sense of humor?

  • This should be the motto for all teachers!

  • This is not a teacher crying out for recognition, it's a human being sharing one of life's most important lessons. When you die, you won't be remembered for your income, car, or house. What you'll always be remembered for, is the person that you were, the way you treated others, and the difference you made in their lives. We shouldn't spend our lives seeking wealth and praising those with the biggest checkbooks, but praising those with the biggest hearts while we strive to make a difference.

  • If more teachers were like this the world would be a better place. We need to expand the minds of children. Push the limits if what they can do. They r the new and improved models right. What's the sense of have a new motor and old oil. He is definitely beautiful in his passion.

  • This is definitely beautiful.

  • Got dam ...guess ill hit the books now.

  • I like his policy on asskicking.

  • 10 people are lawyers. >_<

  • I can't decide which version of this poem I like more.. The one he presented on Def Jam Poetry or this one on stage. There's definitely a difference in the way he delivers the poem. Anyways, one of my favorite favorite poems because I plan to be a teacher in the future, and I really do believe that teachers make a difference in the lives of students.
