A few tips. The sail servo needs to be powerful. Rear wheels need some grip to reduce spin outs. It is lots of fun but you need to find a deserted beach front carpark or similar for good landyachting.

im in the process of building my own version of this. how did you engineer the trim of your wing? is it just one line as a main sheet to a motor and you manualy sheet the wing or is it auto trim?

Main sheet operates sail angle and trailing edge flap is sort of self operating.

@andyandvirg the tail is auto-trimming or do you manage by a servo ¡?; I'm building a robot multihull and I would like to use this power system.

The trailing edge flap is automatically adjusted by the two lines connected to the mast base.
