I can't quite remember [it's been a while since I've played] but I think you can make her run one boat into the mines, and then have her swim under the gate.

At the door,where's the finish and the bombs over there,there was a really big bug.
It was open,without any pressing buttons ore sth. else...
No 2 boats,no Buttons...It was from the beginning on open... :D

@Screep55 That happens when you don't use the boat to leave after you throw the switch to open the exit doors. Just swim out UNDER the door to the switch's room and the timer never starts! :D But you said it was open from the beginning...

MMAN's video on Speed Demo Archive doesn't use boats.
However, he has an even FASTER way to do this bit - a curve jump to the window.
