  • I think Pete doesn't need managers producers and all the stuff.

Listen to his songs..where he is just singing and playing the guitar.

    It still sounds awesome.

    Cause pete is so talented.

He doesn't need anything except his voice , guitar and lyrics.

  • Yes, This song was written in the libertines era. In the babyshambless session when pete sing "if you still alive when you're a 25 should i kill like you ask me to" Carl interrupts and say "I never ask you that" :P

  • Best song ever

  • loving hisssssss lyrics... pretty crimes and perfect rhymes... poetic intercourse xx

  • Wow pic @ 1:00 looks like he's doing his best Pete Townsend impression!!!

  • @JasySykes93 Hi! I know you wrote your comment a year ago - but I just read it and it was strange... a few weeks ago I wrote almost the SAME EXACT thing on - I think a video of him recording Salome! The very same thoughts dawned on me. I would buy the first cut with nothing but Peter, his guitar and something to record it with. I would rather have it exactly like it came out - no touch ups. (smiles!)

  • @JasySykes93 well that's why it's called indie y'know ?

  • great! i heard it the first time now and i do love it yet,its like i know it since years

  • @tooeyotoole1 yeah mate i was in paris for a few weeks and i saw the same article. i think it was because he had a gig coming up, at le zenith i think. Its good to know sumone else saw it. spot on mate. pete is the closet thing we have to a modern day jim morrison.

  • Yeah,maybe.

But there are a lot of performances and

other videos where he's just alone with his guitar.

And it sounds so awesome. :)

  • although Jasy, Graham Coxon played almost all of the guitars on this album... ;-)
