Hey mate, I have a 2.4 Q6600, but I cant clock the FSB over 333, with a x9 multiplier. I have 1600 RAM and compatible P5Q3 deluze mobo, but no luck. ANy ideas for settings?

is your water cooling kit custom or a complete kit, i've never had water cooling but i got a good q6600 and it would do 3.7 if i had the right cooling, my 3dmark 06 score at default was 23326 when paired with my 4870 x2, overclocking this chip makes a world of difference, by the way im using the asus P5Q SE PlUS mother board but the bios looks identical to the one in this video

Hi there I'm running dominator ddr2 on 1119mhz and my cpu q6600 runs on 3,38ghz on water cooling at 22C all in very stabil.

nice video im just wondering if you used air or water, i got a the xigmatech red scorpion and the highest i can go with it is 3.45 ghz on my q6600, at 3.6ghz it just over heats and reaches up to 79 celcius on real temp

(another one i have ordered 120 mm to zip tie by my memory and pcu pushen the heat to the 2 exaust fans, hopen it will help lower under 60. Anways...question is now im overlcocked i had to set my pci freq to 100 and noticed you did same but 110,(mine crashed when i tried), so it wont ruin graphics card right? So now my memory went from 5/8 1066 to 1/1 667. Which is better? Should i want to put more Voltage to it instead of auto and push it back to 1066? will it hurt my ram to leave it?

Hey....i got just built a pc for the first time. I got a question for you. specs - e8500 3.16 @ 3.8, (400fsb) took 1.275 volts do get there and runs stable on prime for 30 min with 0 errors and 62 degrees. Asus p5qse MB, 4 gig corsair cm2x 8500, 74 gig raptor, 650 logisys gamer PW, lg 52x opt drive, 9800gtx, pci xfi creative sound, 6 80 mm.
i would lock my ram in manually.

Im using the regular P5K with a q6600 and I disabled all the bullsh*t in the bios, didnt change voltage, put memspeed at 667 (to get a proper 1:1) and increased the fsb so I would run a nice 3.0 ghz. I'm not really into overclocking but I does very well with stock cooler in a thermaltake soprano :)
