  • This is actually the national feed of WeatherScan back then.

  • Indeed. As I recall that was discussed at either my forum or Bill's.

However, I don't believe there is/was a national feed. What would it be for? At the time it was a Comcast only service. What need would there be for a national version of WxScan?

  • It was discussed at TWCC actually.

And actually, the person that had this had Adelphia at the time. My guess is that at the time TWC had a national version of WeatherScan for those cable companies that could not afford the WeatherScan STAR. Who knows.

  • It had to be somewhere else too, because remember, I don't have access to the current TWC boards at TWCC. ;)

  • Did the first WeatherScan use the same hardware as the XL?

  • As far as I know, the answer is yes.

  • Jumpin' by Trammell Starks

  • this had to be after late 2000, since "fair weather" is not played repeatedly in this clip

  • You probably saw it on wikipedia (I saw it there as well)

  • "weahter channel" (look at your description)

  • I love Trammell Starks. I listen to his music a lot on my way to work.
