Tributevideo - enjoy it!
Song from the "SWEET FANNY ADAMS" album! Selfmade clip!
Though it never was released as a single, it is considered one of Sweet's most well known and popular songs.

"Set Me Free" was covered by Saxon (on their album Crusader), Heathen (on their album Breaking the Silence) and Vince Neil (on his album Exposed).

  • @Feldwebel007 judast priest rules

  • @lazercannoncheck I thought the EXACT same thing. If I had not had the visuals, (and the band name of course, DURF! ) It sounds like the New Wave of British Heavy Metal, and were I tippled on da Whiskey nipple, I would have certainly slurred the following ," HEY aaa , Whatch Rob Halford doing shinging wiff Iron Maiden?? hiccup

  • THANK YOU!! That F#$%^'N ROCKED! My lil Marshal just got stacked! BOYoioiOiNG....

  • desolation boulevard # 1 sweet album !!!

  • @Nivekrst I'll definitely be checking it out! Thanks

  • So glad new people are just discovering this, but you gotta hear Sweet FA and Into the night as well. There is a vid posted of these two songs together, just search it as Ytube won't let me post a link.

  • @lazercannoncheck Listen to "Sweet F.A." and you'll know they did!

  • @mhiegl All those are from the same album, Desolation Blvd in US/Fanny Adams in UK, one of the greatest rock albums ever imho. Start to finish, it is amazing and a real predecessor of metal riffs heard years later. Search "Sweet F.A. or "Into the night" for further proof!

  • Great song. I had never heard it before. These guys were a little before my time. I remember my older brother bringing home the Ballroom Blitz and Fox on the Run singles. I loved those songs. I wish I had heard this back then.

  • I love the Priest vibe I get from this...
