I've got this phone, its VERY tough, ive chucked it at the wall SEVERAL times, and it still works great, besides the occasional minor glitch. it also survived a rollover crash @ 60mph that i was in this summer, without any issues following. i am very happy with the phone, just not so much with AT&T's service. i get poor to no signal at my own home.

when he talked about the prepaid one, it made me want to say this, i had a differnt phone and the screen went black for a couple days while i could still call and get calls but then it completely went out and i couldnt tu(rn it on anymore and went to walmart and bought the prepaid phone for 30 bucks (pay as you use it) and i canceled the prepaid sim card an hour later. hahaha

only complaint is the no bluetooth song thing....great phone and i loved it but few days ago (2yr update comes soon though) i was at a basketball game and i accidentally sat on it (i weigh 330+ pounds in 8th grade) and the inside screen broke *rest in peace phone* it still makes calls though and receives
