Panhandler on the Train

I'm putting the hammer down on people who try to sell crap to people on the mass transit system.
The guy in the green jacket is selling candy. Sure it may look like he's trying to support some cause, but there have been others who have sold 2 liter bottles of soda, hauled an dolly with large coolers on it with various foods in it, a dufflebag full of knockoff baseball caps, a kaboodle of what APPEARED to be perfume but was likely something else, pirated movies of films still in theaters that were illegally downloaded and duplicated. I could go on.
The point is this activity deters people from using the mass transit system.
