Call Federal created a new brand with the assistance of iDiz design group in Indianapolis IN about three years ago. The credit union wanted to differentiate itself from traditional banks and credit unions by offering a new fresh look along with the tradition of exceptional customer service and community participation that has been a hallmark at Call Federal since 1962.

As you can see this new space has a very different look and feel than almost any financial institution in the country. The welcoming colors along with the friendly faces of the Call Federal staff create an environment that keeps Call Federal members coming back for more. Do you leave your financial institution with a smile because of a great experience. Call Federal members do. New outdoor Channel Signs are lit with low power, energy efficient LED lighting. New monument signs welcome members and also lit with low power consumption fluorescent tubes.

Once inside the arched ceiling gives a feeling of limitless possibilities. Cloud projectors give movement to the ceiling. Acrylic logo panels along with vinyl type and custom branded artwork round out the visual experience of the Call Federal member.
