A baby burrito?

I have a friend who was shaken by a stupid, mean babysitter when she was an infant. She is mentally impaired, and has had to undergo many, many surgeries to try to help. I hope you have a miserable life if you feel it's worth that to make a baby stop crying.

Who ever invented this blanket is making big bank. I parents had to do it the old fashion way. LOL
How would you feel if you were in a strange world surrounded by things that do not even know they are?
well, that is the feeling of a baby

@diegofany23 That's exactly right. By emulating the tight confines of the womb, a good swaddle will trigger the calming reflex which allows a baby to more easily cope with all the unknown things surrounding her.

i would be soo clastrophobic....cry even harderrr....so tight...can't breatheeeee

@alexforever12 That's because you aren't a baby. Babies don't get claustrophobia because they've never learned to fear enclosed spaces. On the contrary, they spent the last nine months (their entire life) in a warm, soft, comfortable, and very tight and snug place. It's this huge world outside that is unknown and a source of discomfort. Swaddling helps them feel at home.
