The stationary Bullet Bills are from an object called Stray Bullet Bill, I've wondered what it does and now I know. Geez, since I've been messing around in SMB3 Workshop, my knowledge of the game went from "Really Good" to "Holy Shit"

Interesting! I wonder why that object exists in the game... I can't think of any place it's used. Unless it was something they intended to use, but never did, like some of the leftover junk in Sonic 2's debug mode.

Indeed docsigma. Anyway I got his updated version and he replaced them still bullet bills with some stray missile bills. I used them once in Cube Root of 3 on 5-3 where the gimmick was black and white.

Also the part with the laser was changed so there was no overhang, the space between is now 1 unit instead of 3, and there was a horizontal thwomp that would try to ambush you as you tried to pass through. Those 3 fire plants have also been replaced by normal plants.

I'm not sure. Either it had a purpose that was lost or it's just junk data.
