Adversity, founded in late 2007, is a non-profit organization established to promote multiculturalism and diversity in creative media industries through the educational development and support of aspiring creatives. In 2008, The One Club shared the vision and joined forces to achieve this goal. Thus, we have the birth of The One Club | Adversity Program a joint initiative to promote diversity within our creative community.

Led by Adversity founding member Julius Dunn, II, The One Club | Adversity Program will focus on carrying out projects specifically designed to educate multicultural students about careers within Advertising. This partnership furthers the One Club's desire to champion and promote excellence in Advertising and Design, by working to build a more qualified and diverse generation of creatives.
