i do all this stuff round gravesend all the time guys. i look at is as getting from A to B.. its not that great, ide be ashamed to all it parkour. free running maybe

erm......we kinda know there not the same thing mate, we're not noobs. have you not seen any of our other videos? check them out and see what you think.....and by the way, we practise both parkour and freerunning.
