I'm still in my first trimester at 9 weeks and I've been going through some stress and this has really helped and I do this right before bed and it helps me sleep great (:

This video was perfect for my last few weeks of pregnancy. Calming, soothing and extremely effective. Wish I found it sooner.

Loved this, some of these are truly atrocious but this lady had a calming voice and didn't get too out there. Great way to bond with my bump and a nice length for a relaxing feet up mum and baby time.
