  • @MickeyLBrown They also used refurbished parts... Liquid cooling case and psu

  • @MickeyLBrown They wired the front USB to IEEE on the mono pluged in my iPod eyc fried them snd burnt a chip. Not my fault I didn't wire it

  • My PC from Cyberpower crashed and died on first day. The Xtremegear 950W power supply failed and fried everything. Thankfully, I just lived 40 minutes away so I RMA'ed it and had it back in about 4 days. It's been better with the same power supply running SB 2600K processor, 1 Radeon HD 6950, 1TB Raid 0, 1 SSD, 2 DVD/Blu Ray Drives, & 16GB G skill. all that to say, it works but failure rate is very high.

  • @marlibling Mine was a month+ wait and they wanted me to mail it to them instead of doing the work myself. and a few other bull shit things like placing me on hold then hanging up on me after about an hour on hold...

  • @Wolfstanus I feel your pain. Their customer service sucks but thankfully I live so close. I have heard too many stories about the return issues there but I still enjoy cyberpower. When I order a PC I pray all will be well enough for me to handle the rest myself. If not, you have 30 days to a refund - I think.

  • LMFAO what the fuck did you do? My Cyber Power has lasted me like 2-3 years. Only needed to replace a hard drive once, and that's not their fault, it's seagate's fault.

  • great system , only thing the PSU has a bad reputation , I've read they're cheap for a reason.

  • @Sinkatze It caused over $1000 in damages to ipods etc... All because they wired the front USB ports to the IEEE conection... They did not figure it out I did. They did not test it I had to. I had to solve the problem myself then pay out the ass because "Our warranty does not cover person items that get damaged by the PC" They I had to pay to send it back then they made me pay the 15% restock fee and the damaged motherboard even though they said they would wave it. Smells of rip off.

  • @JaCieKochams2 How is it a rip off? I have built a PC there and ready to buy it, even paying the $95 it costs for shipping its better and cheaper than other stores? Plus they have awsome deals a goodies updated on mondays and some fridays.

  • @Wolfstanus thanks for advice man
