"Donate Now" McCain and Palin Campaign Ad Parody

Parody of McCain and Palin ads for English class:

"For this part of the assignment, you will work with a group to create a campaign video (no shorter than 30 seconds, no longer than one minute) for one of the candidates. You may choose to create an ad for either candidate, or you can create a parody of a campaign ad (i.e. Paris Hilton celebrity ad).

Remember to utilize verbal, visual, and auditory rhetoric. Your choice in music, colors, and images all matter! All of these things should create meaning and tone and work to achieve a specific purpose.

In addition to the video, you will need to include a brief write-up of the rhetorical strategies that you have employed. We will watch all videos on October 1st as a wrap-up to our unit."
