  • Remember when music was important? When it could be a branch of politics, art and genuine culture? Now it's all bullshit, talent shows and 'got to be famous' idiots. As a white queenslander who spent time at injinoo and at 4ZZZ, assisting with Murri Hour I really miss that part of the 80s. What I don't miss is the Taringa CIB, Johs bully boys and unreconstructed racism.

  • Fuck I love this song and Im a Gub. I recorded it on vhs off beatbox in 86 and played it till it fucked up. Great to see it again. We need more Aboriginal music on Aussie commercial radio besides Mauboy.

  • Ah, remember when music had a message. Pity a lot of young mob these days want to emulate wannabe gangstas with all their bitches and bling and shit.

  • Hey Monsta2283. I agree man. Bloody hell. Beatbox. Beat beat beat beatbox. Loved it . Heard Aboriginal music and loved it. Me also taped it, then put on cassette. Still playing on me dual tape deck. You tube is great. Far out man and good stuff.
