I'm trying to memorise this surah and the way it has been divided into little boxes really helps, in addition to the audio.

This surah describes the way I felt almost all of today. See, bros.&Sis........I did brush my teeth regularly. But......I didnt floss, I drank lots&lots of gahwah. Also, I hated, loathed, going to the dentists. Today, I suffered, and everything I tried made it worse. Nobody would take me the ER. I was dizzy, weak, confused, and in lots n lots, of pain. Finally, in desperation.......I started reciting Al Fatiha. And w/in 2 mins. Got enough energy to make it to the ER. Allah spare you all ...
