Maxima Races

After 3 hours of detailing, I take my maxima to the La Crosse Speedway Street Drags. The Maxima is stock besides the NISMO cold air intake and Topspeed 2.5 inch cat back exhaust. I'm not the best driver out there, but I had fun. It is hard to launch, and 1st gear is slow, but I like catching cars when they think they have me. I race a Taurus SHO, Acura Integra, Toyota Celica, and a 350z!!! A few others as well. I didn't win them all, but its fun to know what she can do!

Too bad you didnt show the white celica (me) beating you lol. We were about dead even but i had a bad clutch, the issue has been resolved and i look forward to racing you this year. Oh ya and its not a turbo it was a 100 shot of nos and now its 200.

@3bhilton Yeah, I never fixed the video after i found out it was nos. I think you knocked me out after you beat me on our 3rd race. I have a hard time getting off the line on that track, and I'm no pro when it comes to being consistent with my launch. We will have to run them again sometime.  That 200 shot must be pretty damn quick lol.

I plan to go to a quarter mile track on sunday to see what she will do. I am not the best driver, but I hope to see 14s. I will post vids when I get back. This track is just a small town track for hornet class races and stuff. It is the closest thing we have to a street race in our area...

hey man i really like the car.... i was thinking about getting a 07 altima but after seeing this vid im getting a maxima.... but i was curious about Ur gas... is it due to CAI n exhaust for the god mpg and how much do u average in mpg??? thanks

@thelahmayer it is a good time and i look forward to another fun season regardless of winning or losing. Your car is a great looking machine any way you cut it. Mine is one ugly mother and needs some paint. Good luck this summer.
