Cripple Creek (Scruggs or bluegrass style)

I'm trying out making videoes of different 5-string banjo styles and techniques.I'm no banjo expert so bear with me.

I probably do this style VERY little justice. I just got the Earl Scruggs book a few weeks ago and have never played with finger picks before. But in order to see different banjo styles, this one was essential. Check out some of the great bluegrass banjo videos on youtube for a better idea of the style.

Bluegrass banjo is probably the most known 5 string banjo style. Developed by Earl Scruggs based on oldtime finger picking styles, it helped form the sound of bluegrass music.
