River City Wrestling (RCW) - AJ Summers and Ben Galvan moments after January 7

River City Wrestling catches up with the Gulf Coast Connection after the duo -- "Brooklyn's Finest" AJ Summers and "New Style" Ben Galvan -- unleashed a torrent of controversy at the RCW January 7, 2012 "New Year's Evolution 3" event. The event began with a shock as The Gulf Coast Connection and AJ Summers won Tag Team of the Year and Wrestler of the Year, respectively. Commissioner Chris Sifuentes, who also won Manager of the Year, was so pleased by this he gave the GCC a Tag Team Title shot and Summers a RCW Title shot whenever they wanted. Even though Gulf Coast came up short in the Tag Team Championship Gauntlet, Summers shocked the RCW world by using his championship opportunity against an unconscious Ray Rowe after Rowe competed in a brutal "I Quit" match against TNA superstar and RCW Icon "The Super-Mex" Hernandez. Summers won the RCW Championship to everyone's surprise!
