This is wrong, just because if someone grabs you, they aint gonna wait for you to finish your technique... they're gonna start swinging with the other hand or something else. This technique can still be useful, but only if you use footwork to position yourself against an incoming punch/kick. That's my 2 cents.

A sane person would not be attacking you in the first place.
That aside, having to only use one hand for this defense means you can deal with whatever his other hand is doing.

@dekari108 hahahahahahaha :D

@namara500 Run around until he passes out from exhaustion..So 3 minutes give or take.

what would you do if Kimbo Slice attack to you? :P

I used this on the bus, but I was the "attacker". That fucker has been throwing paper balls on me. Solid 20 minutes. I couldn't hold it anymore. I went to him, and he looked at me and said "What'cha lookin' at, bitch?! Turn around and go away!" So I hugged his windpipe with my fingers. I study Ji-jitsu for nearly 10 years, I am a 170 pounds of bone, fat and muscle, and he was sitting there, his legs apart, and his throat unprotected. I am very proud that I did what I did, and no one complained.

As a former bouncer,I actually used this move & it works.Once the arm is trapped & elbow is locked straight,it's over.Add force can break the elbow like a BJJ armbar.
-
or u could grab his arm tightly, twist it around so his back is facing u, and kick his spine so he falls down
-
As soon as you grab it he will fire nr2 2 and you will havea broken nose and be stuck in your wonderful series.. pls do not listen to these guys... you´ll just get in alot of trouble..!!!

There's always a bunch of idiots who post without thinking saying it's not realistic or etc, etc. Have you ever had your arm twisted at the wrist and elbow? If you have you would know that this is a very effective technique as it puts the attacker in an awkward position and puts pressure in a direction that isn't natural on the joints of his arm. You could effectively break his arm. Anything the attacker tries, applying pressure will make him think twice.
