  • try a matt coat on the decal before painting on it , it really helps the paint stick ! :D

  • @FiveStarRating22 First a clear gloss coat (brand of your choosing) then decals after gloss coat has dried, decal set and solve, repeat as needed and once all is in place and dry, a matt finish to seal everything up. That's how I take on the decal applications. If decals are a bit translucent, put the same decal over the one you just applied, that makes the colors more bold and solid. Painting them is another option, it works.

  • i need get paintin my dark eldar too....havent been able to find the right shade of blue yet though...nice little tip, I've used this before and it does make a difference
