In as much as he created a robot double of Wonder Woman, It never occurred to Hoffman to put her hair up and say, "You know, you remind me of a woman who came by earlier today. Of course, YOU'RE DIANA PRINCE! That means Diana Prince is Wonder Woman!

The produvcers could had done an episode in which The Toyman creates a Steve Trevor Jr. clone to capture Wonder Woman. When Wonder Woman thinks she's rescueing the real Steve Trevor Jr., the clone chloroforms her. When Wonder Woman awakens, she is locked inside a jail cell with her magic belt removed. The Toyman tells Wonder Woman that he has learned a few things about her since their previous encounter, including the fact that she loses her Amazon strength when her magic belt is removed.

This episode should have been like The Super Friends episode"The Case of the Dreadful Dolls" in which a villian named the Dollmaker uses special clay figures to turn the Superfriends into mindless slaves as well as life-size collectible dolls. It would have been a great scene in which the Toyman is able to control and mannipulate the real Wonder Woman and use her to commit crimes for him just like in the cartoon episode.

@Girardifan That idea & storyline would have been much better for this episode. with the Toyman using his harmless looking toys to KO & capture Wonder Woman just like with his other kidnapped victims. He could have attempted to drain & transfer all her Amaozn powers to the android duplicate to make her even more super powerful and leave the real Wonder Woman weak & powerless.

The producers of "Challenge of the Superfriends" should had did an episode in which Toyman creates a Wonder Woman clone and Lex Luthor lures the real Wonder Woman into a trap and uses a machine that he invented to transfer her Amazon powers to the clone. The clone Wonder Woman infiltrates the Hall of Justice and leads the rest of the Superfriends into a trap while the real Wonder Woman is the Legion of Doom's prisoner and is helpless because she no longer possesses her Amazon powers.
