For 5mcg/min of Dopamine in 1600mcg/ml concentration. Take the persons weight in POUNDS, drop the last number and subtract 2. This will give you the drops per min. for that person.

EX: 200pound person - Dorp the last number = 20, then subtract 2. (20 - 2 = 18.)

18 drops per min gives this person 5mcg/min of Dopamine 1600mcg/ml.

For 10mcg/min just double the 18gtts/min. to 36gtts/min.
