Controllerism guru Ean Golden of http://www.djtechtools.com reveals a few advanced performance tricks for getting the most out of the Traktor Kontrol X1, controlling Traktor Pro's effects suite.
In part 2 of 4 in this series, Ean uses the Delay effect and its freeze function to transition between 2 different tempos - a simple trick to ensure smooth transitions with minimal effort.

Hi, I've been using this freeze effect on my X1 for a year now and love it! I've recently upgraded by getting an S4 and Traktor 2. There doesn't seem to be advanced or Chained on T2, just single and group. Is this the same thing?

It is . Under settings / fx , advanced or chain mode options are in there
