I have the hardest time believing that Dan Torres couldn't get national attention. His songs could be love movie's whole soundtrack. His songs literally and figuratively spell out every relationship I've ever been in. He has the lyrics, the musical talent, sense of sacrifice, tour experience, and the image that coincides with the whole checklist every major (and indie) label goes by. Whatever uncloaked India Arie, and finally got her the fame she earned, needs to happen to Dan Torres.
