Yes, this place is near pune. It is 88 km from Swargate, Pune. The name of town is " Wai".
The song that starts at 1.00min is " Omkar swaropa sadguru samartha" sung is Suresh Wadkar. I am not a techinical person, so can not comments about the technical side of song.
