Neil Young is excellent and I have been listening to him since he firt appeared at Woodstock in 1969. I know because I was there and this song says it all. I only wish people would stop complaining about the war and protest about it again. It works!!!! FYI I am a hippie still and we managed to actually stopped the War in Viet NAM. tHIS IS A GREAT SONG.

A true classic ... the latin feel between the Am and E and Neil's touch is outstanding ..thrill ...deep and just right ..Le Noise is Neil classic ..did it again !!
