  • I have to give you major respect for pretty much putting 585 up, but I would feel better about myself if I did 500 with proper form and with barely any aid from my legs than doing 585 with a defective form. Just saying man, I am really far away from what you are doing, but I find form really important when it comes to displaying strength on the bench press. That's all =)

  • Look dude, before you get on here and start talking trash about a lifters form maybe you should study the sport a little more and learn a thing or two. I can clearly see you have no clue about what is going on, but hey I can't even get upset at the dumb comments here because stupid remarks like this only gives me more motivation to do what it is that I love.   • @TITSMCGEE187 ur an idiot, thats a legit powerlifting lift and anybody who knows a thing or two about lifting understands that PLing form is actually the SAFEST way to bench.

  • good lift mate, you'll be repping that no problem next few lifts, only reason why some woluld give a negative comment is either they feel threatened or just extremley jealous, i bet their max lift is 225lb
