xplorer360 and the next is Grand Theft Modification.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU DO THAT. I DON'T. IT MAY CAUSE INSTABILITY TO MANY PROGRAMS BASED OFF OF C#. SO I DO NOT USE THIS DEAD IN THE WATER PROGRAM. SEARCHING FOR AN UPDATED VERSION THAT WORKS IS BASICALLY SEARCHING FOR A GHOST. YOU WILL NOT FIND IT. DEAD LINKS, DEAD DEVELOPERS. SORRY PEOPLE. THIS IS AS FAR AS IT GOES FROM HERE.

So IMPORTANT:
If you use the health and armor mod and use cheats like full health and armor the mods will be disabled unless you reload the game!!! So no repairing vehicles unless you just want full armor.
