  • @Dabarda It's tough, but I really want to help

  • 8:22. So basically, the software engineering profession is doomed. If the stereotype about programmers is true (that they are purely technically oriented and socially incompetent), then where would the proficiency to properly manage the human side of things come from once a software engineer (or a professional from any technical domain) is inserted into a managerial type position?

  • it's ok, but a bit longwinded

  • These two guys are awesome presenters. Their talks are very interesting and they are very natural delevering them.

  • this video is so cool... if given the chance, i would really work for google.

  • Engineering,LEADERSHIP :) Huh. that's cool.

  • Thank you for coming up with engineering related videos. I hope we can grow more relevant and educational alternative engineering videos online.

  • you are nazis: you are genius mobbers

you are netiquette extremists. you get somebody to write a lot of code freely and because he does not want to loose his name youi destroy his work. real german burocratism.

you want somebody to work for you freely but you are not ready to invest a little time in answering. this is exploitation. especially if you to have work through really boring mailing lists.

yuo are frauds: you promise team work and cooperation, yet what I would get are old mailing list.

  • o.k. at least they went to school worked very hard to-make something from themselves.

    I'll give them that.

  • Some fascinating insights and advice here, both for managers and for people being managed. "Science! It Works!" - classic!
