Successful Network Marketing Tip

http://ow.ly/3X8tC Reading your Policies and Procedures is overlooked by about 95% - 98% of marketers, why? We have heard many reasons. Honestly we were one of the ones who did not read ours. We read policies and procedures (contract) when we have other daily interests that require legal documentation. We know what is expected of us at work, when we buy a car or a house. And we all know that an actor would not sign on the dotted line FIRST without knowing what was in his or her contract. Network marketing should be no different. Taking the time to read them will save YOU years of failure and frustration. It could save your bonus check as well. Learn from the audio below just what can happen when you do not read and understand your contract.
Pre-recorded network marketing training audio from a Mentor with a servant's heart.

  • Lack of information can be deadly, people owe it to themselves to get educated before signing Policies and Procedures. If you don't understand it all, you should get someone who knows about the industry to look at it with you. What eye-opening policies are out there. Scary!

    Thank you Darlene.

    Roisin.

  • @roisinsoconnor Right Roisin, the problem is there is no lack of information, the information is in the contract the policies and procedures, the problem is there is a lack of people reading and understanding what is in every legal word written on the paper. I dare to say that most people do not even know that it is a legally binding contract that they DID sign once they agreed to become a distributor. Yes people need to get educated.

    Very Scary.

    Thanks for your comments.

  • Very appropriate video Darlene. It still amaze me how many people ignore the policies and procedures when joining a company. Some policies and procedures are so long that people just assume that it is OK to skip reading it and putting their trust in the Company. When it comes down to one's future in a company, it is best to read and understand the policies and procedures before getting involved.

Ignoring this may set someone up for disappointment and failure in their business.

    Thanks

    Stephane

  • @lifeboost It is crucial to read and understand the policies and procedures (contract) BEFORE getting involved. Ignoring this WILL set someone up for disappointment and failure in their business in the future.

  • This is so important and so little people do it, I was one of them too. Thank you for sharing this Darlene, will be an eye opener for a lot of people.

  • @mariaikwhitehead Thanks Maria, I hope others will see the video and be inspired to look at their own contract...Policies and Procedures.

  • @FriekeKarlovits Absolutely Frieke. Controlling your every move in many cases. But the distributor just has to read the contract. And the main thing to remember is that if they do not understand the document then they need to seek help from someone who does know the important clauses to avoid. Checking in with a mentor who is knowledgeable in this area is crucial.

  • @luckyoliver70 LOL Oliver. It is scary isn't it? But the word has to get out. Protect yourself as a distributor by reading your contract...the Policies and Procedures.

  • @NewMLMMasterFormula Hi Luis, thanks for your comments. You are correct the policies and procedures are important and that is why they are the first Pillar. Company Management Experience with Integrity. It is a huge eye opener for many people to know what the company intends to do with the distributor at their "sole discretion". The PnP's do not protect the distributor in most cases.

  • it is really scary - feels like modern slavery - they seem to be doing what they want with the people who join them.....really required to be careful!

    Thanks for sharing

    Frieke Karlovits.
