Both bassists Cliff Burton and Jason Newsted have been inducted! Both of them deserve it as well.

  • damn right Metallica sold out.....every single show for the last 25 years!

  • @deano888888 some people thought that metallica sold out with the release of Master of Puppets. Cliff responded to those people by saying "whatever, fuck them". Metallica puts out what ever music they want. So there is no fact in your statement.

  • Best Heavy Metal band of all time ^^ :D

  • @downandouts Fact: Dave was invited, but passed because he was on tour with his own band. I would imagine he wants his own band in the Hall Of Fame.

  • @Revelation1992 it's entirely possible to record an album in a month.

  • @hairmonster12 idk about Ron, but Dave was. ofcourse he didn't wanna be a part of it but James wanted him to be there.

  • i wonder if they invited Dave Mustaine and Ron McGovney...

  • @Revelation1992 Well if you are content to sit there in your wrongness and be wrong that's your prerogative. How about you point me to some proof instead of telling me about this phantom "difference between their voices" that is as you put it "hard to hear".. in the end everything you've said is contradicted by reality.. I can find plenty online that supports me but oddly nothing that supports your ridiculous assertions.

  • @krazydrummer 30 years. O.o

  • @psychopsilocybin1983 Nooo... You are retarded and annoying. You need to listen to Kill'em All again. There is a difference between their voices, although it's hard to hear. Or it was back in those days anyways. I'll bet you don't even own Kill'em All. -_-"

  • @Revelation1992 Dude you're retarded. Never said it was recorded in a month. Though i know that it's more than possible. May was when recording started. Don't know whether it was completed in May, but that is irrelevant to the argument. What I do know is that everything that you hear on that record was recorded in May of 1983 or later. No audio tracks from the demos, vocals or guitar, were used. If so Dave would be credited. I've never even heard Dave himself claim that he appears on the record.

  • @psychopsilocybin1983 And heres where its funny.. You think its possible to record an entire album in a month. Oh yes they did finish it in May, but they used a lot of old material from the demos to do so. So ha! I've done my homework mofo'. :P
