The full might of the Res Publica has been brought against Gaul.

This series is a campaign "summary" as doing a full Chronicle would be insanely long. Showcased in the future will be the invasions of Gaul, Britannia, Germany, and the end of the campaign in Dacia and Syria. The game is played on VH/M difficulty setting as recommended by the EB team. Remember that if you decide to play EB, ALWAYS activate the background script everytime you load a savegame.

720p HD is available.

DISCLAIMER: Remember that this is the internet. Do not take my historical info for granted as it could very well be wrong.

  • what is the advantage of leaving your units on a bridge? Does it halt trade or something?

  • @Thermalburn. it's so I can control the bridge chokepoints to make sure the Gauls don't counter-attack my cities.

  • Shogun 2 is better than Rome but the time period is just not everyones cup of tea. When rome 2 comes out i don't think i'll ever need another strategy game. Oh and the expansion for shogun 2 coming out fall of the samurai is adding alot of crazy stuff. they may be gearing up for a WW1/2 sort of game instead :(

  • @BenFosterism, i'm thinking a large encompassing 19th century total war including the Victorian Era, the American Civil War, the Scramble for Africa, the South American independence wars, the Chinese rebellions, etc. etc.

  • @aceblazer25 "that sounded horrible..poor Jews"...ROFL

  • @aceblazer25 What a glorious game if you want to play the American or British fractions. And also German fractions alter the history forever by unieting germany under a republic instead of an emperor(thus maybe no WW1 & 2). Either way with the additions they've been adding to the game engine seems to be leading up to 19th century.

  • @aceblazer25 dude i sure hope not lol

  • didn't get to see much of the invasion itself, but nice to see you're alive (although I believe that BF3 doesn't help to show life signals :P )

  • I love these videos sooooo much! Thanks friend!

  • Are you gonna show any bf3a gameplay on ps3?
