@ilovebug01 I'm assuming she's attempting a full squat, commonly seen in Olympic style weightlifting. The squat you are most likely referring to are what powerlifters do (parallel).
Even though knees over toes if fine, she definitely needs to go all the way down and stay more upright.

@ouroborossss LOL I was also unaware that squats had gender.

It doesn't matter that her knees are over her toes. Try squatting and inhibit the action and your shoulders will end up at hip level. The sagittal alignment is what matters. Yet another stupid 'muscle and fiction" squat. Long femurs don't stand a chance here. Take a dump on the ground and you will find a REAL squat.

Thank god there's finally a squat especially designed for women. I guess that means I can stop doing men's squats.
I'm not sure how she does that with her legs so close together. I guess it really hits the quads.

It doesn't even matter that the camera angle sucks because she isn't f*cking squatting! she is folding on top of her legs. Spread the legs, point out the knees and get down between your legs!

hahaha indeed, one could say that.

Yes, you are right, I did not realize you were saying "it is not" to my "it is useless" comment. You are right it is not useless.... this is a good video showing one how NOT to do squats, lol!!!!

i agree with you 100%. however if u carefuly read my messege, i never said anything about the angle being rigth. i was argueing against the other comment that said the video didnt have a point. and u just proved me rigth. there is a point to the video. wether its rigth or not, i dont argue that, if anything i agree with you, the knee is going a bit over and thats not rigth or proper, but there is a point to the video.
;-)

The point of the video is to show proper form, which you cannot determine easily with this angle. There is no point for them to have taped it this way. And, I agree with poster below, her knees are going too close to being over the toe, which is NOT proper form.
