my 16 year old son just got his license and i have a cbr 600 and he asked me for his first vehicle if he could get a street bike 2 and i am woundering if i should get him a 250cc or a 600cc bike pls help

@botoman550 dont get a 250. im 16 and the only 250 i will ride is my 2 stroke dirtbike. give him your cbr and get yourself a new bike like a real badass would

I have a ninja 250 and I have to say that it weights to light, its scary to ride during windy days cause that tiny crap gets whipped around like a bitch. 500 or 650 is smart, but if you want your son to get pussy then he needs a 600

@con3legend but he's s i x t e e n , all it takes is one bad decision in a split second and the rubber's up. expect atleast one trip to the hospital his first year riding. i hope not, i'm just saying. my kid's getting his first 50 next year on his 5th bday so i can't wait until he's 16, i'll be thinking the same thing you are i am sure... get him the 6 but tell him he's only allowed to ride with you for a while. that's what i would do.
