Telecaster Blues

I exchanged my JS1200 for a Tele, this is the first recording using it. The JS1200 was a great guitar but the floating trem really got on my wick.

This is once around a 12 bar. Some SRV LIcks, some Larry Carlton lick. You get the idea.

Recorded using Amplitude 2 into Logic 9

Hey John, I used to have acoustic lessons with you about 3 years ago. Great playing as always, teles are so much better that the JS's I love my tele. love the lick at 0:47 Every one needs at least one carlton lick :-p

very nice man! I recently had an ibanez too with a locking trem, then got an epi les paul for half price that the ibanez was originally, and liked it about 10 mores more than i liked the ibanez!

i totally support your desicion. i traded mine for a strat, for the same reason. its just not worth the trouble, especially since it doesnt get used.
