Part 7 starts at Ruacana on the Angolan border, then heads south to Hobatere.

Species filmed at Ruacana are blue and orange agama, crocodile bait, Madagascar bee-eater, I think lesser swamp warbler, Jameson's firefinch, silhouettes, some of which were cinderella waxbill (honest), familiar chat, fork-tailed drongo, white-crested helmet-shrike and bare-cheeked babbler. En-route to Hobatere we have a short-toed rock-thrush, and then chestnut weavers, oryx, close up chestnut weaver, red-eyed bulbul, Meves's starling, green-winged pytilia, Carp's tit, Damara hornbill, dusky lark, lilac-breasted roller, long-billed crombec, rockrunner, Cape penduline-tit and black-chested prinia.
