Video on how to upload in wide screen and in HD (Also info on xp) any questions please ask.

For XP you should follow the same steps, but when you click publish in windows movie maker you will have to click "more setting" not "For best playback on this computer" then select 1080p or 720p in the drop down menu, if you don't see 720p or 1080p in the drop down menu then please go to this video to find out how to download the HD options for windows xp here:

Also if your video only displays up to 480p then you will have to select more settings and then 1080p from the drop down menu when you click publish but your video may only display in 4:3.

  • Hey, have windows movie maker. Recorded 1080p on nikon. Made vid edited & exported from windows 16.9 & 1080 p. Saved. & when i watch from folder its 1080p clear! Then i uploaded to youtube. Vid playback auto selects 360p & its pixelated! its been a full 24 hrs is it still processing the hd!? HELP! the drop menu allows me to pick 1080p on playback, but i want viewers to automatically see highest quality available!? What did i do wrong?

  • @MattyMoeProductions If the video length is very long then it may still be processing, ad you may not choose automatically what resolution viewers automatically see, they have to choose this themselves from their account settings, if your video is still not in 1080p then tell me your movie maker settings and I'll see if I can help :)

  • How long will it take for hd to appear?

  • @MmmmmmmmmmmmmmmTASTY Can take minutes or seconds, even a hours at times after the video has finished processing.

  • when i got to more settings, there is no option for 1080p or 720p in the drop down box! how do i get that?

  • @Suksess1 In description you'll see a link to it.
