  • What canal in creek I live on the c-15 on border of palm and broward , tryn to get one for captivity

  • @kushclock561

Any canal. Take hot dogs. Cut them up. Toss them in. In about 10 mins snake heads should be about. Bacon works also.

  • can you tell me the specific address of this canal u were fishing in

  • @TheShadowking49

This was in North Lauderdale but they are all over.

Coconut Creek is a great place, off the main canal.

  • what canal in ft lauderdale can i fish for them.

  • @impactlures

Almost ANY canal. Chum with cut up hot dogs. Buy the cheap greasy ones. Then get a strong hook, they have a hard mouth, not like a bass. When the come around to eat the dogs just drop one in and you're on.

    Bacon works also.

They will hit most plastics and hard lures, but for just pulling them in, can't beat the dogs.

Killing it would not have made a difference. They are established in the waters of south Florida. If you have read any of my posts you would know I have seen bass and peacocks slamming into the baby snakehead clouds.

They swim in a ball. Looks like a brown cloud. It is my opinion the baby snakehead feed bass and peacocks. I have eaten some snakeheads and never found a fish in their stomachs. Crayfish, yes.

  • this guy scare of snakehead lol. i used to eat them all the morning and night when i was in laos, when i were little kid..
