It's Arthur Minsk discussing your brand, your city, and your attempts to extort money and do so without any compunction whatsoever.

In this video, uploaded to YouTube, Arthur Minsk continues to assail Portland's hotel managers for their extortion racket. When viewing the video, look for Tweets sent out to the city's mayor, Sam Adams. He has yet to respond to the simple question, "Is it a sustainable business practice for hotels to extort bribes?" That should seem easy enough to answer unless City Hall itself is so corrupt as to believe that bribery and kickbacks are both good for the economy and good for tourism.
