That's a negative. I don't normally skip anything in my playthroughs. So my work on GoWII is no different -- it will be a 100% complete playthrough with NOTHING ever skipped.

P.S. If you carefully observe the transitions between the two videos you should clearly see that it ends/resumes exactly where it should.
